Chef Eric Nelson Brown has appeared on several television shows on the Food Network. We snagged a clip from the Alton Brown After Show where the host says the Season 5 “Crabs of Steel” episode was his “favorite ever” and the “best round of cooking, ever”. A fun time all around. Thanks, Alton!

Whether you are looking for ecclectic table decor, fresh flowers, mood lighting or photography services, we do it all!  At the same time we are collaborative spirits who love working alongside event planners and clients to turn their vision into reality. 

We accommodate events large and small. It doesn’t matter if it’s a casual gathering or grand gala, each dish receives the same amount of love and attention.

There are a number of entertainment options for events small and large. We’ve worked with musicians, productions companies, lighting specialists and other talent in the area. If you’re looking for ideas, we will steer you in the right direction.

Sometimes the event calls for a more innovative approach. Inspired by his time as a sushi chef, Chef Eric opens up the kitchen to let the guests interact with the creative process. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try something new, let us know! Ask about pig roasting or liquid nitrogen desserts.
